University Students’ Lifestyle and Opinions for University-Affiliated Public Housing: Focusing on Auxiliary Welfare Facilities and Residential Services

University-affiliated public housing (UAPH) is planned for the purpose of coexistence with local community as well stability university students. However, shared spaces such auxiliary welfare facilities to achieve that are not being used by residents because no services or programs provided. Lifestyle a useful approach identifying preferences in projects special groups share similar demographic characteristics. Thus, this study analyzed and clustered lifestyle students, investigated differences preferred residential cluster. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaire survey 424 students using an online survey. As result survey, factor analysis students’ types, three categories identified individual propensity factors regardless characteristics except gender.
